Hoyran is very near to the village of Yavu between Kas and Demre. There are a few houses with the ancient ruins on a hill. Some of the tombs are interesting and worthy of colder inspection. The Acropolis commands a good view of the surrounding countryside.

An especially interesting tomb with relief's on the end beam end. These show in the middle a man reclining on a couch, in front of him a table and four armed men, behind him two male and six female figures. On the pediment above are three more figures. There is a Lycian inscription but it is worn and broken.

Could be the remains of a tomb but one cannot be too certain.

Again the remains of a tomb built into the rock face.

Another “house” type tomb built into the rocks.
